further education for employees

"You never stop learning" - a saying that we put into practice. If you have completed your training and are permanently employed in the KUHNLE-GROUP group of companies, then we offer you the chance to continue your education. You can do this by collecting ECTS points (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) to get closer to your Bachelor's degree. Distance learning is also possible. No matter which path you choose, we will cover the costs.

ECTS-System

ECTS points are credit points that promote the comparability of achievements at your home country and abroad. Each module has a fixed number of ECTS, which measure the "workload" and are credited after passing the examination. To participate at your Bachelor's examination, you need 180-240 ECTS.

modular learning

In order to make this further education possible for you, we work together with the IU, a recognised international university. They have a large repertoire of courses from which you can choose the ones that interest you. Each course consists of 50 hours of online instruction and 100 hours of study. You should master the material after about one to two months, but you have up to half a year. For the 150 learning units, you will receive 5 ECTS upon completion, which cannot be forfeited and can be credited to a degree or diploma.

To make learning easier for you, the 50 hours of online learning count as your working time - so you are released from work but still receive your salary. You then complete the 100 learning hours in your free time.

distance learning

The other option you have is distance learning. Here you complete your studies in your free time alongside your job. You can choose between part-time I (48 months) and part-time II (72 months). Part-time I is ideal for all-round talents who can go full throttle with their studies alongside their job. Part-time II is perfect for those who want to complete their studies in peace and quiet alongside the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
