What are the tasks?
- create quotations and bookings for the charter and the holiday rooms
- reate offers and bookings for berth concracts
- complaint processing
- care of the switchboard
- maintenance and checking of booking systems and plattforms inclusive interfaces
- care of tour operator and travel agencies
- planning and execution of trade fair appearances und special actions
- general cerical activities
