No matter, how many employees a company have or in which branche they operate - allmost each company needs office manager. Generall organising task, but also company specific operations expect you. Eyamples for your furture responibilities are customer support and advice, invoicing and quotation. Each case, for this job you need a talent for organisation and order. Also dealing with computers and telefons will be part of your dealy life as an office managemant assistance.
What are the tasks?
- general office duties
- daily handling of internet, telefon, computer and fax
- customer advisory
- materials management
- task management and statistics
- Sale in our marina shop
What can you expect?

What requirements do we have?
- completed school education
- very good knowledge of german language
- independent working
- affinity to organisation, order and maths
- Prerequisite: good language skills (B2/C1)
